What the Postmark integration does
Give your team and clients one address to email. Everything sent to it lands in DokLocker's Inbox, where one click files it as a note on the client, keeps the attachments on a record, or turns it into a knowledge base article. Strangers wait in quarantine.
Setting it up
- Save the Postmark card in DokLocker first. It then shows your inbound webhook address; keep it private, since anyone with it can post email in.
- In Postmark open your server's Default Inbound Stream › Settings and paste it as the webhook.
- Send email to the stream's inbound address, or set up an inbound domain (an MX record pointing at Postmark) to use an address like [email protected]. Put the address in Address people send to so your team sees it on the Inbox page.
Included in every plan
Every integration is included at no extra cost, on the hosted service and self-hosted. Connect it under Admin › Integrations, click Test, and the first sync starts straight away.
