What the Mailgun integration does
Give your team and clients one address to email. Everything sent to it lands in DokLocker's Inbox, where one click files it as a note on the client, keeps the attachments on a record, or turns it into a knowledge base article. Strangers wait in quarantine.
Setting it up
- Save the Mailgun card first to get your inbound webhook address, and paste your HTTP webhook signing key (Mailgun › Sending › Webhooks). Posts that aren't signed with it are refused.
- In Mailgun go to Receiving › Create route, match the recipient (such as [email protected]), and choose Forward to the webhook address, with Store and notify.
Included in every plan
Every integration is included at no extra cost, on the hosted service and self-hosted. Connect it under Admin › Integrations, click Test, and the first sync starts straight away.
