DokLocker + Microsoft 365 integration

Tenants, users, licenses and Intune devices for every client.

What the Microsoft 365 integration does

Each client's users, licenses and managed devices sit next to the rest of their documentation, refreshed automatically.

Setting it up

In your own Entra admin center go to App registrations › New registration and choose Accounts in any organizational directory. Add the redirect address shown on the Sync page as a Web redirect. Under API permissions add Microsoft Graph application permissions User.Read.All and Organization.Read.All, plus DeviceManagementManagedDevices.Read.All if you want Intune devices, then create a client secret. Enter the Application (client) ID and secret in DokLocker.

With the Intune permission, each client's Intune-managed devices come in too, as Workstation records (phones and tablets as Assets) with make, model, serial number, operating system, compliance state and last check-in. If you add the permission later, each client's admin needs to click Approve again.

Included in every plan

Every integration is included at no extra cost, on the hosted service and self-hosted. Connect it under Admin › Integrations, click Test, and the first sync starts straight away.
