Clients, sites and contacts stay in step with the system you bill from, so the documentation never drifts from the PSA.
Setting it up
In HaloPSA go to Configuration › Integrations › HaloPSA API › View Applications › New. Choose Client ID and Secret (Services), allow read:customers (or all), and copy the Client ID and Secret. Enter your HaloPSA address, like https://yourcompany.halopsa.com.
Included in every plan
Every integration is included at no extra cost, on the hosted service and self-hosted. Connect it under Admin › Integrations, click Test, and the first sync starts straight away.
