What the SuperOps integration does
Devices from your RMM land on the right client's records every hour: serial number, operating system, IP and MAC address, warranty and when each one last checked in. New devices are added, changed ones updated, and anything your techs wrote by hand is left alone.
Setting it up
In SuperOps go to Settings › My Profile › API token and generate a token. Use an admin's token so DokLocker can see every client. In DokLocker enter your subdomain (the yourcompany part of yourcompany.superops.ai), pick the data center your account is in (United States or Europe) and paste the token. Each SuperOps client becomes a DokLocker client.
Included in every plan
Every integration is included at no extra cost, on the hosted service and self-hosted. Connect it under Admin › Integrations, click Test, and the first sync starts straight away.
