What the Claude integration does
DokBot Max, the built-in assistant, answers questions about your clients from your own documentation.
Setting it up
- Claude Desktop: a few lines in its config file (Settings › Developer › Edit Config). It uses the free
mcp-remotehelper, which needs Node.js on that computer.

Included in every plan
Every integration is included at no extra cost, on the hosted service and self-hosted. Connect it under Admin › Integrations, click Test, and the first sync starts straight away.
